The hotel rooms were amazing, spacious, clean, and equipped with everything I needed, with a few dated and not clean areas. The service was wonderful, friendly, and accommodating, going out of their way to make things comfortable despite some issues. The location was very convenient for food and attractions, but some areas were worn down and in need of cleaning. The dining experience had its highs and lows but offered nice quality options. Overall, a mix of positives and negatives but providing good value for money.
The hotel had its ups and downs. The location was great for nearby attractions like the Fox Theatre and Ga Aquarium, but some areas were worn down. The service stood out positively with staff like Daniel being exceptionally friendly and helpful, yet there were issues with unavailability of brunch on Sundays. The dining experience left room for improvement and the rooms needed a refresh, but the overall stay was satisfactory.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with amenities, but unfortunately, cleanliness was lacking with visible dirt and beer bottle caps left around. Service ranged from very pleasant and accommodating to unfriendly and unprofessional. The location was convenient for exploring attractions but gave off a less inviting ambiance. Dining options were basic but satisfactory. Pricing was reasonable in some aspects but had hidden costs to consider.
